Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Note that the number of days listed with each shipping option are an average.  Shipping times vary based on your location. 

Since all items are custom-made, all orders are non-refundable.  The sale is considered final at the time the order is placed and completed online.  In the instance that a specific brand ordered is not available or on backorder, a comparable substitute may be used to fulfill the order.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
